Comet Halley, March 1986
1986.03.18. Halley's Comet rising before dawn with the star clouds of sagittarius above it. The comet was magnitude 3 witha naked-eye tail of 7 degrees, while the camera revealed 18 degrees. 15 minute exposure on Agfa 1000 film, 50 mm lense @ f/2.8 taken on the Astrograph at Kopane Observatory (now defunct) by Ian Cooper.
